Qualifications

• Proven track record applying AI, ML, NLP and Agentic AI to business problems.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL or similar tools for data tasks.
• Experience with patient-level healthcare data (claims, EMR/EHR, CDC, IQVIA).
• Translate business needs into structured analytical questions and recommendations.
• Experience supporting products through lifecycle.
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.
• Self-directed, adaptable, curious about AI/ML and evolving health data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner to US vaccines marketing aligning analyses to brand and portfolio priorities/OKRs.
• Work with stakeholders to define objectives and translate them into analytical use cases.
• Deliver analyses with high quality, timeliness, compliance, and good user experience.
• Enable prioritization and scoping by understanding demand and potential use cases.
• Analyze diverse data sources to generate actionable insights for commercial decisions.
• Propose AI/ML/NLP approaches and modeling techniques with trade-offs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver solutions with right data and methods.
• Support AI/ML and NLP solution design with business context and feedback.
• Synthesize findings into stories and visualizations for decision making.
• Stay current on vaccines analytics and AI advances.
