Merck & Co. is seeking an Associate Director - Market Engagement for Vaccines & ID (Flu) to develop US and ex-US data-driven insights that shape launch plans and brand growth.

You will partner with US and global teams, translate business questions into analytical use cases, and deliver high-impact analyses across diverse data sources to drive informed commercial decisions. The role emphasizes AI/ML, NLP, and stakeholder storytelling.

Competenze

• BS (or equivalent) in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, CS, Statistics, Decision Science, Marketing, Engineering, or Public Health.
• MBA, MS, or PhD degree preferred.
• 5+ years analytics or data science experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare; vaccines experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, R Studio, SAS, SQL for data extraction, feature engineering, and modeling.
• Experience with patient-level data (claims, EMR/EHR, registry, CDC, IQVIA).
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills for senior audiences.
