Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in data science, math, econ, CS, stats, or health field required.
• MBA/MS/PhD considered a plus for advanced analytics leadership.
• Experience applying analytics to pharma/biotech or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner to US vaccines marketing, aligning analyses to brand priorities/OKRs.
• Translate business questions into well-defined analytical use cases.
• Deliver analyses with quality, timeliness, compliance, and good UX.
• Enable prioritization by understanding demand and potential use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver solutions.
• Synthesize findings into stories and visuals for decision making.
