Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Associate Director Medical Content to lead the development and execution of the medical content strategy for the US Medical Content Hub in Lexington, MA. The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality medical assets.

You will drive agile planning, create training content for US Medical teams, leverage digital tools and AI, and ensure projects stay on strategy, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a biosciences discipline.
• 4+ years at a pharmaceutical company or medical communications agency.
• 3+ years in Medical Affairs including medical communications.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience with digital channels, AI tools, and omnichannel strategies.
• Familiarity with regulatory and scientific standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical content strategy across the US Medical Content Hub.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver assets.
• Plan and implement medical communications and training plans for brands/pipeline therapies.
• Drive design of scientific and training content for US Medical teams, aligned with business rules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to reflect latest scientific data.
• Update content to reflect advancements in therapeutic areas and products.
• Monitor learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Utilize AI and digital-enabled approaches to support efficiency.
• Manage delivery to stay on strategy, within budget, and on time.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
