Job summary

Pharmaceutical Company seeks an Associate Director of US Medical Content to develop and execute medical content strategies across the FTP therapeutic area. You will partner with Medical Affairs, SMEs, and vendors to deliver high-quality scientific content and training resources that support Medical objectives and Field Medical effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a biosciences-related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in pharma or medical communications.
• 3+ years in Medical Affairs including medical communications.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with omnichannel & digital communication platforms.
• Ability to translate complex science into clear educational content.
• Experience managing budgets and external vendors.
• Familiarity with AI tools in content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and development of medical communication plans for brands and pipelines.
• Develop training content for US Medical teams and MSNs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to align content with clinical data.
• Regularly update content with new evidence and product developments.
• Create scientific training resources to support Field Medical teams.
• Measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness.
• Leverage digital technologies and AI to improve content efficiency.
• Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver content initiatives.
• Maintain alignment with Medical Affairs leadership and stakeholders.
