The Associate Analyst Specialist – Commercialization is responsible for supporting the successful execution of new products, product changes, and process improvements from development through full-scale production. This role serves as the primary plant-level coordinator for commercialization activities, ensuring alignment between operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain. The Associate Analyst Specialist ensures that new and modified products are launched efficiently, meet quality and food safety standards, and are integrated into plant operations with minimal disruption.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have) High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, or related environment It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have) Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Experience supporting product commercialization, trials, or process improvements Experience in food manufacturing or CPG environment Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, or production processes
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $64,600-$88,800. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
