Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an Associate Analyst Specialist – Commercialization to drive new product launches from pilot to full production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure readiness, and maintain documentation for successful rollouts.

You’ll collect and analyze trial data, monitor timelines, and support continuous improvements in formulas, processes and product specs while aligning with quality and food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, or related environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting product commercialization, trials, or process improvements.
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, or production processes.

Responsibilities

• Support commercialization of new products from pilot and trial phase through full production.
• Coordinate plant activities during product trials, startups, and initial production runs.
• Ensure documentation, materials, and resources are in place for successful launches.
• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Partner with operations, quality, maintenance, sanitation, and R&D teams.
• Align plant activities with commercialization schedules and business priorities.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Support coordination between plant and corporate teams.
• Assist in implementation of new formulas, processes, and product specifications.
• Verify alignment between plant execution and approved product standards.
• Identify and elevate deviations or risks during implementation.
• Collect and analyze data from trials and production runs.
• Support evaluation of product performance, yield, and quality results.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve product and process performance.
• Maintain accurate records of trial results and production outcomes.
• Support troubleshooting during trial and startup phases.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercialization processes and plant readiness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to trials, product changes, and commercialization activities.
• Support updates to plant systems, including formulas, specifications, and work instructions.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Support training of operations on new products, processes, and procedures.
• Reinforce standard work and expectations during initial production runs.
• Provide support during transition from development to steady-state production.

The Associate Analyst Specialist – Commercialization is responsible for supporting the successful execution of new products, product changes, and process improvements from development through full-scale production.

This role serves as the primary plant-level coordinator for commercialization activities, ensuring alignment between operations, quality, R&D, and supply chain. The Associate Analyst Specialist ensures that new and modified products are launched efficiently, meet quality and food safety standards, and are integrated into plant operations with minimal disruption.

What you will do...

Commercialization Execution

• Support commercialization of new products from pilot and trial phase through full production
• Coordinate plant activities during product trials, startups, and initial production runs

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $64,600-$88,800.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.

Total pay may include other forms of compensation.

In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
