Campbell's in Camden, NJ is seeking a driven Go-to-Market (GTM) professional to own the commercial agenda for an assigned sub-category. You will partner with the GTM Senior Sales Manager, brand teams and customers to drive category growth and share commitments.
You will develop and execute GTM plans, deliver net sales and gross profit targets, and translate plans into customer-facing selling stories. A strong data-driven mindset and collaboration across functions are essential.

This is a hybrid role. HQ based in Camden, NJ 3 days a week.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$113,800-$156,500
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
