Job summary

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate maintenance, and support residents and families to maintain high standards of care and service.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the assisted living building, including scheduling and supervising staff.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding assisted living facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns, facilitating communication between residents, families, and care providers.
• Maintain accurate records related to resident care, building operations, and incident reports.
• Assist with budgeting and inventory management for the facility.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement improvements as necessary.

University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisting Living Building Manager to join our team in Royal Oak, MI.
