Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Beachwood, OH is seeking a part-time Stretch Specialist who will provide branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions and help members feel and move better.

You will build relationships, educate members, promote stretch programs, and document progress in each client’s plan. The role requires CPR/AED and Certified Personal Trainer credentials, a High School diploma or GED, and at least 1 year of PT experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax methods.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and progress.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to members to ensure safety and education.
