Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an Assisted Living Supervisor at our Onalaska, WI location. The role oversees the Assisted Living and Independent + apartments, with occasional Memory Care support, ensuring high-quality resident care and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and capable of meeting resident needs in Assisted Living.
• Supervisory/leadership qualities with time management and assessment abilities.
• Basic computer skills to navigate Microsoft Suite, internet, and databases; learn new programs quickly.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Willing to be flexible with time to fill in shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident, family, and staff support in line with Core Values and care goals.
• Interview, hire, and train Resident Care staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Assist Nurse team with admissions/discharges and attend care conferences when needed.
• Collaborate with life enrichment to ensure a vibrant activity program and manage unit operations.
• Support strategic plans, oversee volunteers, and perform other assigned duties.
