Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Supervisor to lead care teams and champion Resident-Centered Care. You will supervise staff, assist with scheduling, monitor resident changes, and support ISP development in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in assisted living or healthcare, strong communication, and flexibility for evenings/weekends. Join our team and contribute to safe, quality resident care with Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Prior supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

25.25 - 31.65
