Job summary

Mary Agnes Manor in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Assisted Living RN to join our compassionate care team on the D'Youville Campus. You will deliver resident-focused nursing services and support our mission to touch lives with heart.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assessing health status, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. Night, weekend, and overnight shifts are required to ensure continuous coverage.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of New York
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must be available Nights, Weekends and Overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to assisted living residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring health status
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct routine health assessments and report any changes or concerns to the Director of Nursing
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and effective patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs to improve patient care and outcomes
• Assisted Living RN duties may also include leading and mentoring staff, developing policies and procedures, and participating in local and national industry conferences and meetings
