United Methodist Communities is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse RN for Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ. This role offers competitive hourly wages ($40.33-$50.33) with full-time and part-time schedules, and a mission-driven environment where your care makes a difference.

You'll provide resident-focused nursing care per care plans, admit/discharge, document medications, and collaborate with families and the care team to promote well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred.
• Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required).
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Support resident care through ongoing assessment and observation.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to resident in accordance with care plans.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of care and medications.
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote overall resident well-being.
