Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Waterville, ME to provide high-quality patient care across a variety of diagnoses. You will perform nursing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with the care team and families to optimize outcomes.

The role includes administering medications, coordinating with disciplines, and ensuring safe, effective treatments while supporting patient and family needs. A valid RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities
