Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Dallas is seeking an experienced Program Director for our Assisted Living Program to lead a high‑performing care team, elevate resident experiences, and uphold the standards of our compassionate community.

You will mentor associates, strengthen care practices, and ensure regulatory compliance while building relationships with residents, families, and staff—bringing your leadership, education, and heart for serving seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• LPN/LVN License in Good Standing (Required).
• 1-2 years of experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Proven survey history
• Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations
• Proven Leadership Skills
• Team Builder
• Experienced Educator
• Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Various Others)
• Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities
