Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Media, PA is seeking a Program Director to supervise the care delivered by our Nayas and to forge meaningful relationships with residents. You will lead a compassionate team in a dynamic senior living environment.

The position requires an LPN, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage staffing schedules, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while driving education and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• Proven survey history.
• Exceptional knowledge of State Regulations.
• Proven leader with team-building experience.
• Experienced educator with scheduling experience.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care delivery by our Nayas and ensure high-quality resident services.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Oversee staffing schedules and optimize workforce utilization.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies.
• Lead staff education and training programs to improve care quality.
