Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Program Director to oversee nursing care and program development in a senior living community. You will supervise the care delivered by our nursing team, build meaningful resident relationships, and drive program enhancements to ensure excellence.

The role requires LPN licensure, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership. Excellent communication and staffing expertise are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
