Job summary

Dignity Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead the care team, oversee daily neighborhood operations, and ensure resident-centered care is delivered with ISP execution adherence.

You will collaborate with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs, monitor changes, and communicate with families. Flexibility to cover evenings and weekends is required. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency
