Lake Forest Village by PureHealth is seeking an Assisted Living Nursing Manager to oversee nursing care for residents in a post-acute setting. You will supervise the ALF Med-Tech team under the facility administrator, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will lead assessments, coordinate care plans, and supervise staffing, payroll, and training while maintaining patient safety and family communications in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in a care or clinical setting.
• Ability to supervise a Med-Tech team and coordinate nursing care.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of clinical compliance and safety procedures.

Mansioni

• Coordinate nursing care programs and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure facility compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Perform resident assessments and establish baselines.
