Friendship Village Retirement Community in the Cedar Valley is seeking compassionate Nurses (RN/LPN) to bring comfort, dignity, and joy to residents. You will deliver person-centered care, build relationships, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet residents’ needs.

Starting pay for RN $30.00–$34.00/hour and LPN $27.00–$30.00/hour, with shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• A current and active RN or LPN license in Iowa.
• A genuine passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Commitment to treating every resident with respect, compassion, and dignity.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug test, physical, TB test).

• Starting pay for RN $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
• Starting pay for LPN $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Shift differential pay - $2/hr for 2nd shift and $3 for third shift.
