Job summary

Generations is seeking a Medication staff member at Cherrywood Village in Utah. You will ensure residents receive medications as prescribed, follow care plans, and comply with healthcare standards to protect resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Medication Assistance preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Job description

Medication staff at Cherrywood Village are responsible for ensuring residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. Medication staff follow resident care plans and physician's orders to ensure resident safety and well-being while complying with all Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. They incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Schedule:

• Full-time in Assisted Living, Sundays through Thursdays, from 5:45 am - 2:15 pm
• Part-time in Memory Care, Saturdays through Mondays, from 5:45 am - 2:15 pm
• 8 Hour Shifts
• Holiday availability preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
