Azura Memory Care is seeking an Assisted Living Manager in Fox Point to help lead daily community operations and ensure exceptional resident and family experiences. You will work with the Executive Director, support team members, and maintain survey readiness while promoting a positive, resident-centered culture.

Assisted Living Manager | Full-Time Leadership Opportunity

Azura Memory Care of Fox Point is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Manager to help support the daily operation and continued success of our community.

Working closely with the Executive Director, this position helps strengthen operational performance, support Team Members, maintain regulatory compliance, and create an exceptional experience for residents and families.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's leadership experience, education, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.

What You Will Do

Partner with the Executive Director to support daily community operations

Help maintain regulatory compliance and continued survey readiness

Lead, coach, and support Team Members

Promote accountability, communication, and strong Team Member engagement
