The Bartlett Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for assisted living residents. You will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas, while delivering courteous and respectful service to residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications include dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow infection control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in assisted living, healthcare, or senior living is a plus.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to communicate respectfully with elderly residents, families, and coworkers.
• Must be able to follow cleaning, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties required for housekeeping, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
• Clean and disinfect common areas, hallways, dining areas, offices, and public restrooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Change bed linens and make resident beds as assigned.
• Assist with resident laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and returning clothing to the appropriate resident.
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to a supervisor.
• Respect resident privacy, dignity, and personal belongings.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.

Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Work Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM–4:30 PM
$12.00 per hour

The Housekeeper is expected to maintain regular attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
