Benedictine Living in Missouri is seeking a Director of Nursing-AL to lead and oversee nursing services, supervise staff, and contribute to strategic and regulatory compliance.

The role requires RN licensure in good standing, English communication, independent decision-making, and strong budget management; provide leadership in absence of Administrator/Housing Director.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize duties.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
