Sunrise Senior Living in Lafayette Hill, PA is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead the caregiving team and oversee daily operations for resident-centered care.

You will recruit, schedule, and develop staff, collaborate with clinical teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering ISP-driven care. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living/healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood.
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution.
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs.
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families.
