Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in California is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations, building a strong caregiving team and delivering resident-centered services with high quality and regulatory compliance.

You will recruit, hire and develop staff; manage staffing, scheduling and timekeeping; collaborate with clinical teams on assessments and care plans; monitor resident changes and communicate with families; ensure safety standards and budget efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: 70,720.00 - 91,676.00
