Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, located in Mountainside, NJ, seeks an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead daily care operations and build a strong caregiving team, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services.

You will recruit, hire, schedule and oversee staff, coordinate with clinical teams on assessments and care planning, and collaborate with activities and dining to enrich the resident experience. 1+ year in assisted living or healthcare with supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood.
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution.
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs.
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations.
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency.

Pay Range: 66,352.00 - 88,608.00

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
