Job description

Evergreen is seeking compassionate and talented individuals to join our Assisted Living team.

Shift Details

NOC shift hours are 10:00pm-6:15am. This position includes 6 shifts per 2-week pay period, with opportunities to pick up extra hours.

Benefits and Compensation

• CBRF certifications preferred
• Paid training
• Additional $4/hour for pick-up pay
• Starting pay is $15.13/hour base, with a $3/hour shift differential, wages based on experience

Responsibilities

• Meet resident needs promptly (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.)
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly
• Inform unit nurse of any change in resident’s condition or needs
• Document care and services thoroughly and promptly

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• CBRF certifications preferred
• Strong prioritization and organization skills
