Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Manager to oversee care planning, assessments, and resident support within our Highland Ranch community. You will partner with residents, families, and staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care and service excellence.

The role emphasizes psychosocial support, team collaboration, and transitions between care levels, with opportunities for growth within Erickson Senior Living’s expanding communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents and dementia implications.
• Knowledge of geriatric population and aging needs.
• Meets state requirements for assisted living management certification within 90 days.
• National Certification Council for Activity Professionals (ADCP/ADC) desired.
• ACC, CDP or CTRS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead holistic, person-centered assessment and care planning.
• Conduct pre-residency assessments and recommend residency level.
• Evaluate psychosocial and ADL needs and coordinate care.
• Communicate plan changes with residents and families.
• Provide psychosocial support and assist transitions to higher levels of care.
• Collaborate with social workers to develop programming and groups.
