The role emphasizes a holistic approach, collaboration with an interdisciplinary clinical team, and implementing residents’ care plans while honoring preferences and routines.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience working with the older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic approach to residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout their care.
