  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop nursing staff through mentorship, education, and accountability.
  • Regulatory Readiness: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations through proactive quality improvement.

  • Collaboration: Partner across departments to align care, hospitality, and overall community success.
What You Bring
  • LPN licensed required

  • Must be clean and well‑groomed
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing as applicable to their job responsibilities
  • Background check(s) consisting of a sworn statement or affirmation and criminal history check free of barrier crimes
  • Minimum 3–5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility (Virginia only)
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain confidentiality residential information
  • Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office
What You’ll Do
  • Supervise the assisted living nursing service program to ensure high‑quality care for residents.
  • Manage clinical oversight of resident care in assisted living and memory support.
  • Report to physicians, regulatory bodies, and legal representatives as needed.
  • Complete resident assessments and care plans.
  • Provide staff training.
  • Ensure resident records are maintained and updated.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident care.
