Job summary

Eklego is seeking an Assisted Living Program Manager (LPN) for The Village at Rockville in Rockville, MD. The role centers on leading the assisted living nursing service, ensuring high-quality resident care, and guiding an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• LPN license required in Maryland
• Current CPR and Adult First Aid certification from Red Cross or American Heart Association
• 2 years' health care-related experience and completion of the 80-hour assisted living manager training program (Maryland only)
• Must be considerate and respectful of the rights, dignity and sensitivities of aged and disabled persons
• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience in long term care facility or assisted living facility (Virginia only)
• Must be proficient with a computer to include utilizing an electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medication administration record (eMAR) as well as Microsoft Office

What will I do as the Assisted Living Program Manager?

As the Assisted Living Program Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of compassionate care at The Village at Rockville.
