Horizon House in Seattle is seeking an Assisted Living Administrator to lead the AL/Skilled Nursing operations. You will drive financial performance, staffing models, census growth, and regulatory compliance while maintaining resident-centered care and a strong leadership presence.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership within Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. This role offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.
At Horizon House, residents know that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. If you’re looking for a career where you’re valued, not just as an employee but as part of the community, you’re in the right place.
Employees are part of the family here—and you’ll feel it from day one. Residents want to know about your life, your family, and your goals. Every December, they organize their own staff appreciation campaign—raising hundreds of thousands of dollars to thank the people who make Horizon House home. That level of respect and generosity is rare in senior living.
Many of our staff have worked here for years, some for decades. That consistency matters—to residents, to your coworkers, and to your own career growth. When you join Horizon House, you’re joining a team that stays.
We’re a nonprofit Life Plan Community in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. There’s no corporate headquarters making decisions from another state. We’re local, independent, and focused on one thing: creating a community where older adults thrive on their own terms.
Thank you for your interest in joining our team. Browse our open positions below. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, we encourage you to check back periodically. We’re always excited to connect with talented individuals.
