Kodiak Robotics, Inc. seeks experienced drivers for Lancaster operations as Assisted Autonomy Drivers to remotely control self-driving trucks in low-speed situations. This role blends remote support with onboard autonomy to ensure safety and flexibility.

Qualified candidates have a valid Class A CDL with a clean record, 3+ years of Class A experience, and the ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and a DOT physical. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3+ years of verifiable Class A experience.
• Able to pass background check and road test.
• Pass drug test, MVR and have a current DOT physical.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Safety minded and growth mindset.
• Able to operate complex testing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist autonomy driver operations by remotely guiding a self-driving truck in low-speed yards and drop-off areas.
• Operate remote assistance station with intuitive controls to guide Kodiak Driver.
• Maintain safety and compliance during assisted autonomy tasks.
