Job summary

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is looking for experienced commercial drivers to join our Midland/Odessa operations and help deploy our autonomous technology.

You will operate Class A trucks, obtain doubles/triples endorsements if needed, and complete required background checks, DOT medical, and road tests. We offer $39/hour with a 4 on 4 off schedule, 100% local driving, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) plan, and a driver referral bonus of $3k per hired referral.

Qualifications

• CDL License with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3+ years of verifiable Class A experience.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) doubles and triples endorsements.
• Ability to pass a background check and a practical road test.
• Pass a drug test, MVR, and have a current DOT physical.
• Light computer skills; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safety minded with flexible shifts including nights.
• Frequent sitting and driving required.

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. was founded in 2018 and has become a leader in autonomous ground transportation committed to a safer and more efficient future for all. The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. We are looking for experienced commercial drivers to join our Midland/Odessa operations to help us deploy our autonomous technology. Our Midland/Odessa Operations team is on the cutting edge of working with our partners to improve and integrate our technology in real world conditions.

What you’ll bring:

• Class A CDL License with clean driving record
• A min. of 3+ years of verifiable current Class A experience
• Must have (or be willing to get) doubles and triples endorsements
• Ability to pass a background check and practical road test

• Light computer skills required, we will train you
