Kodiak AI seeks experienced commercial drivers to join our Lancaster operations as Assisted Autonomy Drivers to help deploy our autonomous technology. You will remotely guide trucks in low‑speed, complex yards using a remote station with steering, pedals and brakes.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and 3+ years of verifiable Class A experience, ability to pass background tests, drug tests, MVR checks and a DOT physical; willingness to work nights, weekends and

• Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable Class A experience.
• Ability to pass background check and practical road test.
• Pass drug test, MVR, and have a current DOT physical.
• Comfortable working with computers and adaptable to growing responsibilities.
• Growth mindset and passion for the future of transportation.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
