Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Three years supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care Workers in the absence of the Residence Manager
• Represent the Residence Manager at meetings
• Review payroll sheets bi-weekly
• Attend bi-weekly team conferences, intakes, and service-plan reviews
• Monitor daily logs, expenditures, clothing inventories and census
• Monitor medication administration for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Carry out tasks to support the agency’s mission
