The role centers on recruiting for IWU Women’s Volleyball, building relationships with high school and club programs in Indiana and nearby states, and developing a recruitment plan. Candidates should have collegiate coaching experience and be willing to contribute to coaching, with a preference for training pin hitters and team defense, plus readiness for other duties as assigned.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Some level of college coaching experience, including recruiting, marketing, scheduling, equipment budgeting/management, and facility care.
• Must subscribe to the principles and lifestyle of the Wesleyan Church.

Responsabilidades

• Take the lead in the recruiting efforts of prospective student-athletes
• Assists with practice schedules, home competitions, team travel, and event management, individualized instruction, and evaluation
• Coordinates recruitment and travel
• Proficient communication skills
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism
• Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills
• Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
• Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

• Ability to drive a 15-passenger van
