Qualifications

• Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse student population.
• Either a copy of, or authorization for, a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of Coaching experience preferred.
• 1 year of Recruiting experience preferred.
• 1 year of Housing & Residence Life experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts regular practice sessions; assist Head Coach during events.
• Direct and manage other assistant coaches; attend preparatory meetings.
• Coordinate administrative responsibilities: team travel, schedules, inventory, supplies, camps, clinics.
• Develop knowledge of the sport; seek new methods and strategies.
• Assist in search, selection, and training of qualified assistants with Athletic Director approval.
• Maintain familiarity with NJCAA, KJCCC, and departmental rules.
