• Coordinate travel.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Athletic Director.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed academically and athletically.
• Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, and alumni.

Desired:

• Master’s Degree.
• Experience in coaching, recruiting, and developing pitchers.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Two years collegiate coaching experience, collegiate playing experience, and/or five years of competitive High School experience.
