Wartburg College is seeking an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach to lead and oversee the women's soccer program. This role involves coaching, recruitment, and administrative duties within a Division III athletics context. Candidates should have relevant soccer and coaching experience, along with a commitment to student-athlete development.

TITLE OF POSITION: ASSISTANT WOMEN'S SOCCER COACH
Function of Position:
Responsible for leadership and oversight of all coaching duties for the Women’s Soccer team and assisting the Women’s Head Soccer Coach in all phases of a Division III program. This includes but is not limited to recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, overall program administrative duties as assigned, and practice/game coaching.
Supervision:
12-month position reporting to the Women’s Head Soccer Coach

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s Degree Preferred. Relevant soccer experience and coaching experience required. Recruiting experience preferred. A commitment to the welfare and development of student-athletes within the philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics.
