Albright College is seeking an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach for a full-time position. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with daily program operations, on-court coaching, recruiting both on and off campus, overseeing the use of Front Rush, film breakdown, scouting report preparation, player skill development, overseeing the Academic Studies program, assisting with summer basketball camp operations, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Assist the head coach with daily basketball coaching on the court.
2. Foster a culture of full participation among team members.
3. Recruit prospective student-athletes and evaluate talent.
4. Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
5. Coordinate academic sessions for student-athletes.
6. Upload, analyze game film, and prepare scouting reports.
7. Assist with program fundraising efforts.
8. Support planning and execution of summer basketball camps.
9. Manage team social media pages.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
