Position Summary: Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach in the Athletics department. The candidate would be expected to:

1. Serve as lead scouter;
2. Serve as director of player development;
3. Assist in practice planning, game preparation, and game coaching;
4. Assist in upkeep of all software and technology used by team staff;
5. Serve as liaison to the Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, CPR, and NCAA recruiting certification (must be attained within six months of hire);
• Five years of related experience (playing, coaching, or support staff at the collegiate level);
• Valid driver’s license with no serious violations in the past five years and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree, former player, ability to motivate student-athletes both academically and athletically, extensive knowledge of Synergy Sport Tech, Hudl Sports Code, and ARMS software, and experience working with diverse student populations.
