Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach in the Athletics department.

The candidate would be expected to: serve as lead scouter; serve as director of player development; assist in practice planning, game preparation and game coaching; assist in upkeep of all software and technology used by team staff; serve as liaison to the Athletic Trainer and Strength Coach.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire

Other Requirements:

• Five years of related experience, which may include playing, coaching, or support staff at the collegiate level.

• A valid driver's license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years. University Policy found here: Monmouth University Vehicle Use Policy .

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree.
Former player.
Ability to motivate student-athletes both academically and athletically.
Extensive knowledge of Synergy Sport Tech, Hudl Sports Code, and ARMS software.
Evidence of ability and desire to work with a diverse student population.
