Palm Beach Tan in Bel Air, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work closely with the Store Manager, coach a high-energy team, and drive salon performance. You will engage customers, train staff, and help grow sales while maintaining a welcoming, member-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations or management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand 7+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Store Manager to run a great salon.
• Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team.
• Help recruit, schedule, and develop great people.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Keep the salon clean, stocked, and health standards compliant.
• Grow sales and control labor and costs.
• Partner with Store Manager on promotions and growth.
• Handle salon cash, deposits, and PCI security training.
