Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to provide overall direction of clinical resident care services within our community. You will lead a team, optimize performance, and connect with staff to support 1440 care standards.

The role requires an LPN license, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. You will coordinate care conferences, ensure appropriate staffing, and engage with residents and families to maintain high-quality care. Comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• LPN registered within the State required. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and manuals; write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proven organization and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve through complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and be accountable for your team and their performance.
• Oversee revenue, evaluations, and care conferences for IL/AL with appropriate staffing and care.
• Foster Employee First through clear expectations and regular feedback.
• Oversee resident care and maintain regular, clear family communication.
