Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to guide clinical resident care services and deliver a 1440 experience. The role emphasizes optimizing performance, leading staff, and ensuring high-quality care for residents in our community.

The position requires nursing licensure (LPN/RN), prior supervisory experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. A focus on team development, care planning, and collaboration with families is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred in state.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and be accountable for your team and performance.
• Oversee revenue, evaluations and care conferences for IL/AL.
• Drive employee engagement by setting expectations and giving feedback.
• Oversee resident care and communicate with families as appropriate.
• Lead to 1440 care standard accountability and improvements.
