Qualifications

• Experience in senior care, wellness or medication management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Staff Coordination: Maintain staffing and scheduling; assist with recruitment and training.
• Resident-Centered Care: Complete assessments and care plans emphasizing wellness.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with internal staff and vendors for coordination.
• Leadership and Training: Lead monthly staff meetings and daily huddles.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage service agreements, update physician orders, EMAR.
• Medication Management Supervision: Conduct MAR reviews and cart audits.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with incident reports and investigations.
• Other duties as assigned.
