Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills for warehousing and logistics.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and ordering records using computer systems.

• Dependability, teamwork, and customer service focus are essential.
• One year of warehouse and forklift experience preferred; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming products accurately and verify quantities and condition.
• Order products to maintain inventory levels for the Colorado Springs warehouse.
• Manage Micro Market inventory in warehouse and customer sites.
• Store, handle, and deliver products in saleable condition.
• Maintain organization by stocking and rotating inventory.
• Build accurate route loads daily and assist with loading trucks.
• Conduct inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and adjust records.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to inventory controls.
• Complete urgent hot-shot deliveries and provide route coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and management to support operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
